We were really happy with the catering. Everything was wonderful-from the first phone call to the actual reception. You were great to work with and I appreciated your suggestions. The food was amazing. The crab cakes, pork with the mango salsa and roasted vegetables were perfect for our group. Actually, one of the guests put it well when he said that it was like you knew the group of people personally and prepared the food just for our tastes. The mix of flavors was terrific. As for dessert, the cake and éclairs were...let's see, I've already used "perfect" "terrific" "wonderful" and "great", what else is there? I'll just say "all of the above". I loved them. Looking back, I would not change anything.

My only regret was that we couldn't take the leftovers on our honeymoon! However, everything was eaten the next day by our friends and family who stayed overnight. I don't think anything was left.

I really have no constructive criticism. I would recommend you to friends without reservation.

Thank you so much for everything. You made it very easy for me, which was great since I planned most things from Ohio, without ever having been to the area.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the great pies and pimento cheese you supplied our family over the last week of our vacation. I am sure you met my mother, she was in there four days in a row buying pies from you and I think our favorite was the Berry open faced pie you made. Everything we had from there was wonderful.
